Once you’ve scheduled an installation, based on your location, the device can be activated. * [View Devices](#view-devices) * [Device Status](#device-status) * [Deactivate Terminal](#deactivate) * **Serviceable location:** An engineer visits, sets up the device, and hands it over to you in person, already activated. * **Unserviceable location:** Zoho Payments activates the device and ships it to you by courier. To verify your identity and complete the setup, enter the verification OTP sent to the mobile number provided when the order was placed. * * * ## View Devices 1. Go to _POS Terminals_ from the left sidebar. 2. Click the _Your Devices_ tab. The list view displays the **Device ID**, **Name**, **Serial Number**, **Model**, **Status**, **Location**, and **Last Synced On** date for each device. 3. Click a device to view the device details. The details panel contains the following sections: * **Overview:** View the Device Model, Status, and Serial Number. * **Device Details:** View the Device ID, Name, Merchant ID, Model, Order Id, Last Synced On date, and Ordered By. You can also rename the device or click the Order ID to view the corresponding order. * **Shipping Details:** View the Location, Name, Mobile Number, and Address. * **Payments:** Click **View All Payments** to view all payments collected using the device. **Note:** A POS terminal is registered against the account it was ordered from. You can’t reassign it to a different account. * * * ## Device Status Every POS terminal has a status that indicates whether it can be used to accept in-person payments. Status What It Means **Active** The device is set up and ready to accept payments. **Deactivated** The device is no longer in use and can’t process payments. * * * ## Deactivate Terminal You can’t deactivate a terminal directly from the app. [Contact support](https://www.zoho.com/payments/contact-us/) to deactivate it. Once the request is processed, the device status changes to **Deactivated**. **Warning:** Device deactivation is permanent. Once a device is deactivated, it can’t be reactivated.
