The Zoho SalesIQ configuration comes up with two varied options. First is "Keep as Missed" , the other is "Tracked in CRM"
"Keep as Missed" option allows you to show the missed chats of visitors under Missed section of the SalesIQ account. "Tracked in CRM" option pushes the missed chats under "Missed" section to the "Chat History" section in SalesIQ. Note that this is true only if the "Missed" checkbox is enabled in "Choose the type of visitors you wish to add in CRM automatically" under CRM integration in Integrations page
In case the "Missed" checkbox is not enabled, the new visitors' missed chats cannot be tracked in CRM. However, you can continue to track the missed chats of already existing Lead/Contact in CRM
