  • Am I bound to Zoho Books forever?

    No! Zoho Books is a pay-as-you-go service, so you are not bound by any contract or commitment to stay subscribed. You can cancel your subscription at anytime you feel you are not satisfied with our product or service. On cancelling your subscription, you can get a full refund based on our company refund policy .

  • For how long is the free plan free?

    The free plan of Zoho Books is free forever, as long as your revenue falls under the threshold of 5 Million Ksh for the financial year.

  • How many invoices can I create in a year?

    You can create 5,000 invoices in the Standard plan, 10,000 invoices in the Professional plan, 25,000 invoices in the Premium plan, and 100,000 invoices for the Elite and Ultimate plans in a year in Zoho Books. If your business needs to generate more invoices, please reach out to us at sales@zohocorp.com.

  • How many bills/expenses can I create in a year?

    You can create 1,000 expenses in the Free plan, 5,000 expenses in the Standard plan, 10,000 bills/expenses in the Professional plan, 25,000 bills/expenses in the Premium plan, and up to 100,000 bills/expenses in a year in the Elite and Ultimate plans of Zoho Books. If your business needs to generate more bills/expenses, please reach out to us at sales@zohocorp.com.

  • How many users can I add in the Premium plan of Zoho Books?

    You can add up to 10 users in the Premium plan of Zoho Books. If you require additional users, you can buy the User addon of Zoho Books at KSh 240 per user per month or KSh 200 per user per month billed annually.

  • Do you store my credit card information?

    No, we don't store your credit card information. Take a look at our Privacy Policy to learn more.

  • Is there a limit to the number of reports I can schedule

    You can schedule a total of 5 reports in the free plan, 5 reports in the Standard plan, 50 reports in the Professional plan, and 200 reports in the Premium, Elite, and Ultimate plans.

  • I purchased the subscription of Zoho Books before 30 June, 2023. What happens to my introductory discount if my subscription gets cancelled?

    Your introductory discount will end if you cancel your subscription manually or if it is cancelled due to non-receipt of payment. Following the cancellation, you will have to pay the complete subscription fee to use Zoho Books.
