The free plan of Zoho Books is free forever, as long as your revenue falls under the threshold of 5 Million Ksh for the financial year.

How many invoices can I create in a year?
You can create 5,000 invoices in the Standard plan, 10,000 invoices in the Professional plan, 25,000 invoices in the Premium plan, and 100,000 invoices for the Elite and Ultimate plans in a year in Zoho Books. How many users can I add in the Premium plan of Zoho Books?
You can add up to 10 users in the Premium plan of Zoho Books. If you require additional users, you can buy the User addon of Zoho Books at KSh 240 per user per month or KSh 200 per user per month billed annually.

Is there a limit to the number of reports I can schedule
You can schedule a total of 5 reports in the free plan, 5 reports in the Standard plan, 50 reports in the Professional plan, and 200 reports in the Premium, Elite, and Ultimate plans.

I purchased the subscription of Zoho Books before 30 June, 2023. What happens to my introductory discount if my subscription gets cancelled?
Your introductory discount will end if you cancel your subscription manually or if it is cancelled due to non-receipt of payment. Following the cancellation, you will have to pay the complete subscription fee to use Zoho Books.
