Initiating Payouts

Zoho Payments offers two types of payouts to help you access your funds: Standard and Instant Payouts. In this section, you’ll learn how each payout type works and and when you’ll receive them.

Standard Payouts

Standard payouts are processed automatically by Zoho Payments and follow the UTC time zone. They are deposited to your bank account on business days based on the Payout Schedule (Daily, Weekly or Monthly) you’ve set. Payments are usually settled in two or four business days from the date of the transaction, depending on the payment method:

• Card payments: T+2 business days
• ACH Direct Debit: T+4 business day

Instant Payouts

In some cases, you may want to access your funds without waiting for the standard payout schedule. To help with this, Zoho Payments offers instant payouts that allow eligible businesses to receive a portion of their account balance immediately. This can help them manage cash flow more efficiently and meet urgent business needs.

Eligibility for Instant Payouts

• If you’re new to Zoho Payments, your account will become eligible for instant payouts only after you’ve built a sufficient transaction history.
• Eligibility is determined based on factors such as account activity and usage patterns.
• Your bank account must support instant payouts. View the list of supported bank accounts.
• This feature is available only upon request. To check your eligibility and enable it, contact support.

Eligible Amount for Instant Payouts

The eligible amount for instant payout is determined by Zoho Payments based on multiple factors, including your current account balance, recent transaction volume, and other internal criteria such as account activity and risk assessment. This amount will be automatically calculated and displayed as Eligible for Instant Payouts when you initiate an instant payout. Your limit will reset 24 hours after your last instant payout.

Initiating Instant Payouts

You can initiate an instant payout by following these steps:

1. Navigate to Payouts.

2. Click Initiate Payout at the top-right corner.

   

3. Enter the amount and click Proceed.

   

4. Click Pay Out Now on the next screen.

Your instant payout will be initiated, and the funds will be deposited to your bank account immediately.

If you don’t receive the payout within 30 minutes, contact support for assistance. In case the payout fails, both the amount and the applicable fee will not be deducted from your Zoho Payments account balance.
