You and your operators can now choose the language in which the portal will be displayed. This helps everyone to work at their comfort without any chaos in translation. Zoho SalesIQ gives the sales representative a beautiful and comfortable experience in their locale language. In case the operator language is not chosen, the browser default language is considered to be the operator's language. Remember that this option is valid at an account level and does not affect other operator's account in the portal.

To modify operator language, go to Settings -> Operators and edit profile.  This modification can be done by associates, supervisors and administrators.
