Email Forwarding

 I have enabled Email Forwarding but I am not receiving mails in my forwarded address.

Email forwarding is a two step process.
Step 1: You add the email address to which you want to forward the email you receive in Zoho mail account.
Step 2: An automated email with a verification link will be sent to the specified email address. Once you click the link, you will be requested for your Zoho Mail account credentials. On successful authentication, incoming email will be forwarded to the specified email address.

 I have not received verification mail.

Verify the email address you have provided. Click Resend verification to send another verification email.

Search the Spam or Junk folders of the other email account, to check if the mail has landed there by mistake. Check whether your Mail Server has any rules preventing certain email from being delivered. If so, provide a more lenient email address, in which the email can be forwarded to.

 My Email Forwarding has been disabled automatically. Why ?

Email Forwarding will be automatically disabled due to any of the below reasons

  • When there is a Permanent failure when delivering Email to the forwarded Email Address
  • When there are more than 10 Temporary failures when delivering Email to the forwarded Email Address
  • When there is a looping detected between the forwarded mailbox and the Zoho mailbox
