How to add/remove a participant?

To add participants:

To add participants, follow any one of the steps listed below:   

1) You can add participants through the Channel's Text box. To do this click on the Add Participant icon in the top right corner of the chat header. You will get a plus in the Text box. Here, enter the name of the user whom you want to add in the channel.

Hint: You can also type (+) in the text box directly to add a user.   

2) You can add Users from the Participants View. Click on the participants under the Channel name. In the Participants view that appears, click on the Add participants and enter the name of the user and proceed by clicking on Add button.

3) To invite another org user in External Channels, the Channel Preview is used. Here enter the email address of the person and click on Invite button. An invite will be sent to them via email.

To remove participants:

To remove participants, you can follow any of the steps listed below:  

1) You can remove participants through the Channel's Text box. To do this type (-) in the text box and enter the name of the user.

2) You can also remove users from the Participants view. In the participants view, hover over the participant you want to remove to get an option icon in the right side. Click on it and select Remove.
