  1. When I reply to emails, the text area i get is very small, 60% of the top portion is taken by earlier email and TO,CC,Subject etc. Can you do something about it. This is when I’m trying the email access in Chrome.

  3. Hi team! We need to improve Zoho mail search option as the like outlook. Several times Zoho search option is embarrassing me. Can you fix the problem? once we search specific sender mail or subject or person Zoho can be searched only this particular from. if Zoho fixing the problem it will be more helpful to find out a mail and we minimize out time also.

      I Agree to this as well, And also one more thing i think you can improve is identifying name as in out look to write a new mail, as in case of ME, we have around 1000 Mohammed and Abdulla and if Zoho can identify the names instead of email it would be very helpful.

    1.) I need Grammarly extension to be used in Zoho Mail Body
    2.) Conversation Mails should directly move in folder while conversation is open. Same is not getting moved.
    3) Search option is not effective as in Gmail
    4) Sent mail also gets moved in folder. Same should not be moved as is in Gmail.

      1. We are coming up with an improved Spelling and Grammar check in Zoho Mail that should satisfy your requirement. With respect to Grammarly, we are working on resolving certain issues when enabled with Zoho Mail compose. We will keep you updated.

      3. We have extensive search filters that are designed to narrow down your results. If there is any specific search usecase you require, please let us know.
      4. If you have Conversation View enabled, you will be seeing outgoing email in both the sent folder and the corresponding folder as a conversation. You will also be able to view the conversation if required from Sent folder. This could be the reason. If you are referring to something apart from this, please write to us. 🙂

      That is the best thing about our Developer Space. Using our SDK commands, you can create extensions that interact with the contents of an email. You can compose emails, fetch content of received emails, upload/ download attachements etc.

        Thanks for the clarification, but this is not what I am looking for.
        I am asking about intercepting outcoming emails sent by a user.
        I want to add a tracking pixel for all emails sent.
        I guess I need webhooks for it, but I can’t find them in the documentation.
