Zoho Mail is now on AWS Marketplace

Zoho Mail is now listed on AWS Marketplace. If your organization runs on AWS and manages software procurement through Marketplace, you can now subscribe to Zoho Mail Premium directly through your AWS account, with billing handled through AWS.

For teams that already use AWS Marketplace, Zoho Mail Premium fits into the same way you buy and manage other SaaS tools.

Is this for you?

This path works for two types of users:

  • Teams with an AWS account looking to get started with Zoho Mail Premium
  • Zoho Mail trial users who want to convert to a paid plan through AWS Marketplace

When you subscribe via AWS Marketplace:

  • The subscription is created in your AWS account for Zoho Mail Premium.
  • Charges are billed in USD and appear on your AWS invoice.
  • Purchases follow the same AWS Marketplace approvals you already use.

Getting started

Subscribing is straightforward. Here's how you can get started:

1. Log in to your AWS account

Login to your existing AWS account or create one.

2. Subscribe

Go to the Zoho Mail listing in AWS Marketplace and click View purchase options. Choose a contract that fits your team size and complete the subscription through your AWS account.

3. Set up your account

Once subscribed, click Set up your account. This takes you to Zoho's onboarding page, where you either create a new Zoho Mail organization or sign in to connect an existing Zoho trial to your new subscription. Verify your identity via OTP and you're through.

4. Verify and configure

Add your domain, verify it with a DNS TXT record, and complete MX, SPF, and DKIM setup. This part works the same as any standard Zoho Mail deployment.

5. Billing and management

Billing is handled through AWS. Your email environment, admin controls, settings, and support all live in Zoho Mail.

Why go through AWS Marketplace

For teams that already use AWS for cloud and SaaS procurement, buying Zoho Mail Premium through AWS Marketplace keeps email aligned with how they already work. You get:

The same procurement workflow - Same workflow, no new vendor approvals, and the same Marketplace controls you use for the rest of your stack.

One invoice - See Zoho Mail Premium alongside your other AWS and Marketplace billings and subscription in one place.

Clean split - AWS handles the billing. Zoho handles the product, the admin experience, and support.

What you get with Zoho Mail Premium

For IT and security teams, here's what's relevant:

  • Strong admin control: Centralized management of domains, users, groups, and email policies from one console
  • Secure business email: Built for organizations, with support for S/MIME/PGP, robust spam and malware protection, and admin-grade security controls
  • Compliance-friendly controls: Retention, archiving and eDiscovery tools that help you meet your compliance needs
  • Migration support: Tools to move from other providers, with coexistence options while you transition
  • Room to grow: The option to grow beyond email into the wider collaboration, storage, and productivity suite, without changing your mail foundation

Now available on AWS Marketplace

Zoho Mail has long been a straightforward choice for business email. This listing now makes it just as straightforward for AWS teams. If Marketplace is where your software stack lives, Zoho Mail Premium now has a place in it.
