Yes. Device cost and monthly maintenance apply to the hardware itself. Transaction platform fees are charged separately, based on the payment method your customer uses.

Yes, the maintenance fee applies for as long as you use the device and covers servicing, support, and software updates. It's billed separately from any device purchase or subscription cost.

POS devices must be used at approved business locations. Contact the Zoho Payments team if you need devices for additional stores or locations.

Report the incident to Zoho Payments immediately. Repair, replacement, delivery, or other applicable charges may apply depending on the circumstances and warranty status.
