SalesIQ Script - Introduction

SalesIQ script is a low-code bot-building platform to create rule-based/flow-based chatbots. It uses Deluge or Data Enriched Language for Universal Grid Environment (Script-based programming language). Deluge is robust and easy to use because of its user-friendly syntax. This bot builder offers a drag-and-drop user interface with syntax suggestions, thus leaving out the task of remembering deluge syntax and functions for the user. There are numerous built-in functions to perform various tasks, including third-party integration.  Build bot using SalesIQ Scripts:

• In Zoho SalesIQ, navigate to Settings > Bot, select Zobot, and click on Add.
• Inside the bot builder, give your bot a Name.
• Then, choose the platform - SalesIQ Scripts.​​

• Then, provide the required information for your bot profile, and configuration, and click on Create.​
• The SalesIQ Scripts code builder will open, and you can configure all the bot functions inside the bot handlers. 

• After building the bot, Save the script and test the bot. 
• Finally, click on Publish to deploy the bot.
