What's new in Zoho People: March 2022

We at Zoho People look to understand what truly matters to our customers and the kinds of challenges they face. Every month, we use those insights to introduce new application features and enhancements so that our customers have everything they need to support their people.
Here's what we added to Zoho People in March:
Revamped Members tab
The Members tab in Zoho People's learning management system (LMS) enables training administrators to enroll members in a particular course, track learner progress, and send reminders. With our newest update, training administrators can enroll a group of employees based on their department, location, role, and group. They can also see the last time a learner accessed the course and filter learners based on final grades. Learn more about these new enhancements.
General LMS enhancements
In addition to revamping the Members tab, we've introduced quite a few enhancements to the LMS so our customers can take their training and development initiatives to the next level. We've added a Grades tab that allows learners to see their final grades for each course, along with an update that allows training administrators to see the attendance percentage in the learner progress report. Approval for Appraisal Review
The performance management system (PMS) in Zoho People helps managers and employees measure and evaluate performance, goals, KRAs, skills, and competencies. We've introduced Approval for Appraisal Review, a new feature that allows performance administrators to approve or reject the final review provided by the reviewer. The appraisal review will be considered complete only with a performance administrator's approval. Learn more about this new feature.
Option for selective goal archiving
The goals you or your employees set may become outdated or irrelevant over time. That's why Zoho People's performance management system has a feature that enables users to archive old goals. With our new update, Zoho People administrators can restrict goal archiving so that employees can only archive the goals they've added to the system. This keeps users from archiving content they didn't create themselves. Learn more about this new enhancement.
