At Zoho People, we believe that staying receptive to feedback and analyzing the challenges faced by HR professionals are some of the best ways to make our product more comprehensive. Our goal is to update and introduce features that are helpful to the HR teams that use our product. In July, our team added some features and enhancements, and we can't wait to share them with you. Here's what's new in Zoho People since July 2022:
A new report in the performance management system
The performance management system in Zoho People can be customized to align with your organizational practices. Its reporting capabilities provide insights into employee skillsets, performance-related feedback, appraisal status, and review scores. Last month, we introduced a new report under the Performance Appraisal module that enables performance administrators to view a list of employees who have not yet been assigned goals. This way, managers and performance administrators who use goals to evaluate employee performance can assign goals to employees as needed. Learn more about this new report
New enhancement in the case management system
Zoho People's case management system allows employees to submit queries and requests to the HR team without any delay. HR teams can create different categories for these submissions, like loans, reimbursements, attendance and time off, training, and transport. There's an option that allows HR teams to assign an admin to each category so that they can view and moderate cases, add or edit information, and assign and unassign agents. With one of our recent enhancements, an entire department or group of employees can be added as a Category Admin. Learn more about the Category Admin enhancement
