How or when does auto scanning fail ?

Auto scan can possibly fail when:

  • Receipts were uploaded in any language other than English.
  • A receipt belongs to an unsupported file format.
  • Receipts with insufficient data are uploaded.
  • The uploaded receipts are faded and illegible.
  • Multiple receipts are photographed and uploaded as a single image.
