Users have not received the invite email for joining my organization in Zoho Expense. What could have went wrong?

It is possible that the mail might have been gone to the Spam folder. If your users do not find it in the Spam folder, please try resending the invite. To do that:

  • Navigate to Users section.
  • Go to the user to whom you would like to resend the invitation.
  • Click on the Settings icon at the far right corner of the row.
  • Select Invite again from the drop-down.
