How do you handle fraud? What if an employee scans the same receipt in the following month?

At the moment, Zoho Expense application will not be able to manage frauds automatically. But we do have plans to include this feature in our application.

However, the auto scan feature fetches the date from the receipt while creating expense. When the report is submitted, the approver will be able to see the receipt involved with each expense in the report.
