What should I do if I receive ‘Bank feeds are broken’ message?

If you receive ‘Bank feeds are broken’, it might be due to an issue at the service provider end or at the bank end. Login to your bank account and if you face any problem there, kindly contact the bank. Once that is done, update your credentials in Zoho Expense account.To update, follow the steps below:

  • Select the card for which the message displays.
  • Click the Gear icon on top right corner and select Update Credentials.
  • Enter the credentials and click Submit.
