As an approver, can I edit expenses that are submitted to me?

Yes, approvers can edit expenses that are submitted to them. To do that:

  • Navigate to My approvals
  • Go to the report for which you would like to make changes.
  • Click on the desired expense.
  • Make the necessary changes and click on Update
  • Provide a reason for the update and notify the submitter if necessary.
  • Click Save.
