  • Do you offer dedicated IPs?

    Yes, we do. Wanting to send more than 100,000 emails per month or 50,000 per week and requiring total control of the email-sending IP are some of the reasons we suggest that you consider a dedicated IP. It has to be purchased separately. You can request one by filling out the form embedded on this page.

  • Do you provide technical support?

    Yes. You can write to us at support@zohocampaigns.com or submit your details here to initiate a callback. We also provide limited support during weekends.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We also accept payment via bank transfer or check transfer for yearly subscriptions.

  • How many users can I add to my account?

    An admin can have up to four users using the account under them.

  • Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations?

    The 14-day free trial allows you to access all features of Zoho Campaigns, during which you can add and manage up to 2,000 contacts and send up to three email campaigns (6,000 emails) to them.

  • What happens when my 14-day free trail expires?

    Once expired, your account will be automatically downgraded to the forever-free plan.

  • How does the forever-free plan work?

    The forever-free plan allows you to add and manage up to 2,000 contacts and send up to 6,000 emails (2,000 contacts x 3 campaigns = 6,000 emails) to them. You can view the plan's feature composition here.

  • Do you offer discount on an annual subscription?

    Yes, we offer 25% discount on an annual subscription.

  • What happens when the syncs I'm running between Campaigns and other applications exceed the number of contacts I have purchased?

    We'll automatically upgrade your account to a range that meets the requirement of the sync and deduct the equivalent amount on the next billing date. Let's say that the system needs to bring in 500 more contacts to complete a sync but your limit of 6,000 contacts is reached. In this case, your account will be upgraded to 6,500 contacts.
