Archive your support sessions for internal audits, draw on the remote screen, print anything from your remote computer to your local printer, and create departments to manage your enterprise. Here’s what we’ve bundled into the Enterprise edition of Zoho Assist to enhance your remote support experience.

Session Recording

Session Recording provides an audit trail from when the technician connected to a remote system, to what they did on the system, to when they logged off. You can keep track of who did what, and ensure your technicians are following procedure by going through the recorded sessions.

Here are just some of the ways you can use the screen recording effectively.

  • Educate your customers on how to solve issues that have occurred before.

  • Record and archive recordings for a detailed audit trail.

  • Create material for session analysis and training.

  • Train your new support staff with recorded videos on troubleshooting complex issues.

Departments

Managing a whole enterprise means you also have to deal with tough issues that can cause you to lose sleep. We wouldn’t want to add to that by making you manage every user in each user group or department under the same category. From now on, Zoho Assist allows you to create various departments, each of which can have its own set of technicians, unattended access groups, email templates, and email configurations.

Go to Settings, and choose Departments below General to create a custom department with its own set of technicians, groups, and templates.

Annotation

While reading a book, haven’t you underlined, highlighted, or noted interesting parts as you encounter them? Don’t you understand a presentation better when the presenter has used a circle or arrow to emphasize a particular bullet point on their slide? If for a book or a presentation, why not for a remote session?

Use our annotation tools to draw lines and shapes, write, and erase marks on the screen during a remote support, unattended access, or Share My Screen session.

By guiding your customer step by step through whatever fix they need, you not only reduce repeated IT requests, but also improve customer satisfaction.

Remote Printing

Whether you want to print a document from a computer down the hall or half-way around the world, Zoho Assist makes it possible. Get your documents in-hand faster by printing them directly from a remote computer onto any printer connected to your local network.
