IT Business Edge published its top 10 companies that offer Human Capital Management software service. The HR tech tools were evaluated based on the features they offer, customer reviews, and the unique value they provide to their customers.

Zoho People's ability to automate and simplify every HR function, from onboarding and attendance to performance and training initiatives, is one of the major reasons why it was chosen as the best rated HCM software. • Admins can create and award certificates to employees upon successful completion of a professional development course in our Learning Management System (LMS).

• Admins can also conduct online tests as part of these e-learning courses.

• Facial recognition under our Attendance module allows organizations to validate an employee's identity when they clock in or out.

• The Office Readiness feature allows organizations to start allowing employees to work from their designated worksites safely.

• Zia, Zoho's AI assistant introduced in Zoho People, allows organizations to automate and streamline routine HR operations for employees.
