Workphone integration for Zoho CRM

Workphone, is an online voice service provider that helps you better manage customer communication. With Workphone integration, you can initiate incoming and outgoing within your Zoho account. Also, log calls automatically and assign follow-up activities instantly using the workphone integration.

Setup integration

To setup the integration,

  1. Go to Setup > Channels Telephony.
  2. Choose Workphone from the PhoneBridge Marketplace.
  3. Click Integrate.
  4. Click Get it now.
