VonageConnect Integration for Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM integration with VonageConnect helps you manage all the inbound and outbound calls within your CRM account. Now get all the call notifications via Vonage right inside your Zoho CRM.

Setup integration

To set up this integration,

  1. Go to Setup > Channels > Telephony.
  2. Choose Vonage from the PhoneBridge Marketplace.
  3. Click Integrate.
  4. Click Get it now.

Using Vonage integration

Using Vonage integration for Zoho CRM, you can

  • Call to an existing contact inside your CRM in a single click using the click-to-call functionality.
  • You can view the business card details of your contact with automatic screen pop-ups for all incoming and outgoing calls.
  • All the calls will be logged under the Activities module automatically.
  • Schedule follow-up activities at the end of every call made via Vonage.
