Inopla integration for Zoho CRM

Inopla is a cloud-based telephony system that is integrated with Zoho CRM to provide real-time call tracking within your CRM. Use this integration and empower you teams to have meaningful conversations with your customers.

Setup integration

To set up the integration,

  1. Go to Setup > Channels > Telephony.
  2. Choose Inopla from the PhoneBridge Marketplace.
  3. Click Integrate.
  4. Click Get it now.

Using Inopla integration

After configuring the Inopla integration in Zoho CRM, you can do the following:

  • Call an existing number from your Zoho CRM account using the click-to-call functionality.
  • View the customer profiles while you're on a call and communicare better using automatic screen pop-ups.
  • Every call made or received will be automatically logged within your Zoho CRM account.
  • Perform any follow-up activities at the end of every call, if needed.
