Duocom integration for Zoho CRM
The Zoho CRM integration with Duocom helps managing all the inbound and outbound calls within your CRM account. Get all the call notifications via Duocom right inside your Zoho CRM.
To set up the integration,
- Click Settings > Setup > Channels > Telephony.
- Choose Duocom from the PhoneBridge Marketplace.
- Click Integrate.
- Click Get it now.

Using Duocom integration, you can do the following:
- Click-to-call - Call to an existing number from inside Zoho CRM in a single click.
- Screen pop-ups for incoming calls - View the business card details of your contact and identify them better.
- Get your calls logged automatically.
- Perform follow-up activities, such as tasks and events, once the call is ended.
