    Congratulations on 10 years. What a great way to celebrate! As a partner who’s worked with other CRM publishers since 1999, I know from experience how different Zoho is from the rest of the pack. Making the free edition available to larger organizations is a great way to introduce larger organizations to what Zoho has to offer. Whatever you’re doing is working, so please keep doing it!
