Spaces: Contextual, distraction-free app navigation
Spaces provide you with compartmentalized work environments within our unified interface. They're adaptive to working styles, intuitive to preferences, and help you stay organized. There are three spaces in our 2025 update: personal space, organizational space, and functional space. You'll find your apps still centrally connected but now with productivity borders for smoother transitions, improved focus, and UI navigation that is agile and simplified.
Here's how to enable Spaces: Launch Zoho One and tap on your profile, and you'll see a panel. Under Zoho One, there's an option to Try Spaces UI. Once you switch, don't worry—we have a guided tour set for you.

Dashboard 2.0
Our enhanced dashboards now support various formats and personalized widgets across apps. Access all your widgets under Home and add widgets available across functionalities like sales, marketing, analytics, HR, and productivity. Embed the system view of the dashboard or customize the view based on your personal preference. This is your space, after all.
Quick Nav
You can instantly launch applications, trigger quick actions, and configure shortcuts—all from one intuitive bar by simply clicking Z + space. You can also access it by clicking the lightning icon next to your profile on the navigation bar. This shortcut will help you navigate faster and get things done quickly. Think of it as a private elevator that takes you to the exact floor without the multiple stops. A navigation meant for a multi-layered platform like Zoho One.
Action Panel
Working in an environment where you're in a chain of approvals and everything hinges on your approval reflexes? Want to keep up with all the tasks and meetings you have on a day-to-day basis? Our Action Panel has you covered.
Access it by tapping on the calendar icon on the top navigation bar. Inside the panel, you'll find a planner that will help you view your tasks, meetings, and reminders. Beside the planner, there's an approval section. This lists all your pending approvals across apps. No more setting reminders for your reminders to approve requests.
Zia Hubs
Zoho WorkDrive acts a shared space that houses files. Now with Zia Hubs, an extension inside Zoho WorkDrive, your team can summarize and extract information in seconds. Once you upload the necessary files, Zia reads and indexes the files you add, understands the information inside them, answers questions in plain language. It also points you to the exact source file and section for reference, and summarizes and extracts the key points.
Ask Zia
A unified intelligence assistant that streamlines access, insights, and actions across your Zoho Apps. Reduce complexity, eliminate application switching, and empower teams with effortless, secure, conversational interaction of enterprise data. A contextual, cross-application AI assistant that interprets to natural-language queries by delivering accurate insights from the appropriate Zoho application, all backed by secure, authorization-aware access to your business data.

Unified domains
Manage all your business domains without the hassle. Now, you can add your domain, verify the ownership and sender email, authenticate your DKIM keys and SPF records, and host your mailbox from one place. No more tedious and redundant verifications—your single domain verification will automatically sync across all Zoho apps.
Centralized integrations
As the name suggests, we have centralized all your integrations, be it Zoho-to-Zoho, add-ons, or third-party integrations. Users no longer have to manually set up their integration between the apps deployed to them. Here's how you can set it up now: Launch the Admin Panel, click Integrations, and assign them based on your needs or roles (within your organization’s policies).
Identity connect
Already running on existing identity systems like AD or Microsoft Entra ID? Zoho One now supports user database migration so you can get your teams onboarded quickly.
Smart offboarding
When an employee decides to move on or take on new responsibilities, re-routing ownership of apps and reportees can get confounding. With our offboarding upgrade, Zoho One now offers a streamlined process that helps you remove a user from your organization without the hassle. Click on the user profile and follow the suggested steps, like transferring ownership, managing integrations, and reassigning reportees.
Security and compliance
While the users and the Admin Panel get an upgrade, ZO25 also amps up the security of your organizational network.
Audit logs
Audit logs act as the CCTV room of your software ecosystem. Track user activity across apps in real time. With this feature, you can pinpoint the user, their purpose, the module they used, and the time stamp of the activity. This microscopic documentation helps you view activities like edits made to a profile, role re-organization, imported users, installations, app updates, and user deletion. Audit logs come in handy during security breaches and leaks, giving you records to zone in on exactly where the issue was to troubleshoot swiftly.
Anomaly detection
Where audit logs act as the CCTV room, anomaly detection acts as the guard that monitors the place for any unusual activity. Detect unusual behavior, failed login attempts, repeated MFA reset attempts, and other suspicious patterns. View all unusual activity under Anomalies. Flag the threat or anomaly for swift response. Get a precise record of unusual activity based on the parameters you have set for your organization. Open a record to assign priority, flag as non-anomaly, delete users, or reset passwords.
Conditional access policies and RADIUS
Enhance your security posture with our conditional access policies. Set up access based on your own parameters like location, IP address, or the OS platform. With RADIUS, control and monitor network access using AAA (authentication, authorization, and accounting) protocols, allowing users to authenticate to Wi-Fi using their accounts.
Authentication modes
With routing policies, you can specify your authentication modes. Set flexible authentication modes for different users with optional multi-factor authentication for enhanced verification. Customize your password policy under security policies with parameters like password age and number of characters.

Transitioning to the new version
The newly added icons, the navigation upgrades, experience enrichments, and over all rhythm that kept you moving from one app to another to get your work done. The little rituals that you took part in every day, your own sequence to approaching each task inside the UI.
These changes have been introduced to improve your comfort and provide you with elevated security. Our new enhancements focus on giving you more control over your data so that you can personalize your experience further and extend that comfort to your users.
Coming all together within the new Spaces UI navigation, the action panel, which helps you check your tasks and stay up to the second, the enhanced home dashboards and widgets that help view specific numbers, web tab integrations, centralized integrations, and audit logs — work towards making your sure all your apps are in sync and on the same page, literally.
