Amazing feature! We just started using it and we hope it will help us manage various tasks. The only inconvenience is that when some user is tagged in description of the task, they don't get notification. I would love it to be fixed, cause now insetad of tagging people in description we have to do it in comment section so they get further notifications. Waiting for it to happen! Cheers, Sylwia

Excellent. That's what suited Zoho.
In the "Assigned to me" Tasks List, when grouping by Priority, the only sort criterion available is the Created Time, but I think the task's Due Date is way more important than creation time. Maybe the creation time is important for someone, so you could keep it as an option, but I think you *should* consider adding the option to sort by Due Date (ascending/descending), not only in the "Assigned to me" list, but also in Group Tasks list too.

Will there be a android app for managing these tasks?
It's a good question. We are looking forward to its mobile application. I am having to use Microsoft office 365 task for tasks, reminders. However, I use many applications of Zoho. I also want to use Zoho task offline and online on mobile. There are features in other applications that will do this job. But the concept and management of job descriptions has expanded a lot. We also need it on the mobile. We want to see Zoho task on mobile.

Looks great, I'm still looking towards the day when I can add a note to my email and have it show as a snippet or variant in the same line as the email for reference. I know there is a zoho notes, however it does not work as it should, NOTE I am referring to gmail notes (it's by a 3rd party add on), but it works incredibly well as it shows my note on a line below the email snippet (or beside, etc) and unfortunately, the way zoho works unless I've missed something, I can't see the note attached to a particular email as a snippet line.
As of now I am using my webmail on the following domain - https://www.icore.net.in/. Can I migrate my mail server with Zoho? Can I Use tasks by Email for all my Emails? Thanks

Zoho Mail is a suite of 6 different applications that include a Mailing service, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, Bookmarks, and Contacts. That means you can use Zoho Mail for your emailing needs as well.
