This report gets the data from Potentials module of  Zoho CRM and Invoices module of  Zoho Books.

From this funnel, you can conveniently keep track of the total number of deals, the deals won, the number of invoices generated, and the number of invoices paid. Here’s how it works: As soon as a potential is closed-won, an invoice is drafted for that potential.  And that potential turns into a customer only when the invoice is paid.

And it gives the count along with the amount to be paid by your customers, which is especially helpful when you have customers who pay the amount in more than one invoice. To inform you about the balances to be received, there is a balance column just to the right.

4. Average Number of Days to Get Paid

This report gets the data from Potentials module of  Zoho CRM and Invoices module of  Zoho Books.

This report shows you the number of days a member of your sales team takes to convert a potential into closed-won and receive payment from the customer. With this report, you can easily get a quick overview of how each sales rep is performing and how efficient they are in converting a potential and getting the payment. 

5. Revenue vs. Expense Report

This report gets the data from the Accrual Transactions module of  Zoho Books.

The revenue vs. expense report shows you the revenue you’ve generated and the expenses you’ve incurred each month, so you can have a fair idea of the inbound and outbound cashflow of your company. Easily identify which areas you’re spending more on than others. Use this data to plan your sales and marketing budget for the next fiscal year.

  6. Financial Overview

This report gets the data from Accrual Transactions module of  Zoho Books.
