What's New in Zoho People: March 2023

Each month, to keep up with the ever-changing needs of the modern workplace, we at Zoho People make it a point to introduce new features and enhancements that simplify HR operations and help HR teams optimize their strategic HR goals. Here's everything new in Zoho People since March 2023:

• New enhancement in LMS

The LMS in Zoho People lets learners take online tests as part of their training program. While creating online tests for learners, course admins can define when tests can be marked as complete. For instance, a test can be considered complete when a learner scores more than 40%. If learners don't exceed this score, the test will remain incomplete. With one of our recent enhancements, certain course entities associated with a test can also be marked incomplete if the learners don't score the specified percentage. • New enhancement in employee engagement

The employee engagement module in Zoho People comes with annual engagement surveys that provide insights into how employees feel about working at your organization. Previously, these surveys could be repeated annually and bi-annually. With one of our recent enhancements, it's now possible to repeat the surveys quarterly so that you can check in on employee perceptions more often. Learn more about this enhancement.

• New enhancement to Outlook integration

Using Zoho People's integration with Outlook, administrators and approvers can view, approve, or cancel employee requests from within Outlook itself, without having to log into their Zoho People account. They can also leave a comment while approving or rejecting the requests. Learn more about this enhancement.
