Before you get started
Recording your webinars might sound complex, but don’t worry! Using Zoho Meeting’s video webinar software, you can record and store your webinars with ease.
1. Sign in to your Zoho Meeting account
Don't have an account? Start a free trial, go to the My Settings tab, and look for the recording menu under the webinar
2. Enable automatic recording
If you're interested in recording your live webinars automatically when you start broadcasting, switch on the Auto-record webinar option. This feature will help you record all your webinars from the start of your broadcast automatically.
3. Enable web-cam video feed recording
You can also update your webinar recording preferences to align with your prospects. If you'd like to record your webcam's video feed along with your webinar, you can switch on the Enable web-cam video feed recording option under your webinar preference settings.
4. Organize your webinar recordings
If you wish to replay, share, download, or delete your recordings, click the My Recordings tab in the left pane. Your recordings will be displayed with the options to play, share, download, and delete next to each recording.
How to start a webinar recording during a live webinar session
If you're interested in manually recording your webinar, here's how you do it:
Start your webinar session
Schedule and start broadcasting your live webinar session.
Enable the Record button
Click the Record button in the top-right corner and click Start. Your webinar will start recording automatically, without the need for an external screen recorder.
When you're done recording your session, you can click Stop.
Store and share your recordings on the cloud
Record separate sections of a webinar by starting and stopping the recording as you wish. Every time you start and stop recording, a new recording will be created. You can then download your recordings at the end of your session.
What happens to your webinar recordings at the end of every live webinar session?
Don't worry! Nobody other than yourself will be able to access your webinar recordings on the cloud. You can watch recordings online, share recordings with anyone you want, and download them to your computer in MP4 format.
Just like your webinar, all your session recordings are considered PII (personally identifiable information) and protected by industry-standard 256-bit AES encryption protocols at rest.
