Switch Between Net and Gross Metrics in the Revenue Retention Rate Report Featured
The Net Revenue Retention Rate report has been enhanced and renamed to Revenue Retention Rate. You can now toggle between Net and Gross retention metrics within the same report to get a clearer picture of how well you're retaining your existing customers. To access these reports, navigate to Reports > Retention > Revenue Retention Rate and select the report from the Retention Type dropdown.

Track Activity History for Reports Featured
You can now track and view the activity history for your reports. Activities such as Print, Export, Share, Schedule, and Create/Edit (for custom reports) are automatically captured, giving you a clear audit trail of how your reports are being used and managed. Click the Show History icon at the top right corner of each report to view its audit trail.

Manage Payment Preferences on Your Hosted Payment Pages Featured
You can now let customers save their payment method directly from your Hosted Payment Pages. Configure the save payment method checkbox so customers can choose to save their payment method to automatically collect future invoices of their subscription. Payment method saving behavior may vary by gateway.

Add Quick Reply Buttons to WhatsApp Messages For Quotes Featured
You can now include quick reply buttons when sending quotes via WhatsApp to your customers, allowing them to accept or reject it in a single tap. To get started, enable the preference in Settings > Quotes > General, and the quick reply button will appear on your WhatsApp message templates.

Include PO Reference Number When Pushing Invoices via Peppol Featured
You can now include a Purchase Order reference number while sending invoices via Peppol. This helps customers match invoices faster and reduce reconciliation delays. Enter the PO reference in the reference field of your sales order, convert it into an invoice, and push it via Peppol to view the PO number in the validated transaction. This is available only for organizations in EU & US DCs with Belgium as their business location.

Associate Invoices with Credit Notes for Consistent Tax Calculation Featured
You can now associate an invoice with the credit notes you create for your customers. To do this, use the Invoice# dropdown when creating or editing a credit note to associate an invoice from the list of sent transactions. This feature is available only for organizations with US and Canada as their business location.

Manage and Track Your Payment Gateway Errors Featured
You can now manage payment gateway errors from your subscriptions' renewal failures by grouping them into predefined categories. Go to Settings → Online Payments → Payment Error Categories to re-categorize the errors. Based on these errors, you can filter and view them in detail in the Payment Failures Report. This helps you quickly analyze failures and take action to troubleshoot issues.

Reactivate Subscriptions Automatically with In-Term Reactivation Featured
We've enhanced the In-Term Reactivation workflow to make subscription reactivation easier. When customers clear all overdue invoices for a subscription, Zoho Billing automatically reactivates it from Cancelled to Live status and continues the configured billing cycle. This removes the need for manual intervention and reduces operational effort.
