From thought-provoking global movements to changing business landscapes—a whole lot can happen in one year. Exactly a year ago, we launched Zoho PageSense with our vision of helping marketers optimize website conversions, and we’ve come a long way in realizing our dream since then. Today, on our first anniversary, we would like to relive some special moments we’ve had in the last year.
How it all started
We noticed how essential it’s become for marketers and product teams to be able to accurately understand their website visitors’ needs in real-time and cater to them. So we developed a tool that can help track all of your key website metrics, analyze visitor behavior, and optimize your website to improve user experience and increase conversions.
We’ve continued to grow
We started off as a simple website optimization and testing tool with features like Heatmap, Funnel Analysis, A/B and Split tests. Over time, with the feedback we collected from our customers and partners, we’ve added a bunch of interesting features like Form Analytics, Session Recording, and Goals to our portfolio, making PageSense a complete conversion rate optimization platform.
Exciting new partnerships
Building strong business partnerships has helped us get to where we are today. We’ve collaborated with three renowned conversion optimization specialists—Conversion XL in the US, Fresh Egg in the UK, and EtailLabs in India to get deeper industry insights for refining our product to meet the demands of a global market.
