  • Portals—our in-built sales enablement platform for managing partner and customer relationships—has been enhanced to support customization for a more personalized experience.
  • The new PathFinder feature analyzes customer journeys across multiple channels and captures their live interactions with your business, helping you determine profitable touchpoints and products.
