We've been training Zia in a new language to meet the growing demand from our users to provide multilingual access. As a step in that direction, we're adding Brazilian Portuguese to help more users worldwide take advantage of Zia's assistance to create clear and concise content.

With this update, Zia can spot spelling and grammatical errors and suggest corrections in English, Spanish, French, and now Brazilian Portuguese. She also offers suggestions to improve your writing quality in these languages.

Spelling and grammar suggestions 

Zia understands the context of your sentence with the help of an AI algorithm and provides intelligent spelling and grammar suggestions.

Zia helps spot these types of errors:

• Spelling errors: Suggests the correct spelling for your content.

• Article errors: Identifies missing or misused articles and suggests the correct ones.

• Possessive adjective errors: Suggests the correct adjective to express ownership before the noun in your sentence.

• Demonstrative adjective errors: Displays the correct adjective to agree with the noun in your sentence whether it is singular or plural.

Typographical errors 

Zia spots errors that might change the meaning of your sentence or make it harder to read and helps fix these issues.

Zia helps correct:

• Punctuation and spacing errors

• Repeated words

• Capitalization errors

Suggestions to improve writing quality 

Zia also provides contextual suggestions to enhance the quality of writing by avoiding hedging words and phrases, cliches, filler words, and more.

• Hedging words and phrases: Spots phrases that might be of a weaker tone and suggests alternatives to create content with a clear and confident tone.

• Redundant phrases: Highlights words that may not add more meaning to your content and provides suggestions that will convey the meaning without redundancy.

Zia helps you check how easy or difficult it is to read your content with a readability score based on the Flesch-Kincaid index. Zia's analysis also helps make your content more concise by highlighting run on sentences, polysyllabic words, and average sentence length.

Word cloud

Zia offers a list of the most-used words in your document in the form of a word cloud. This is particularly useful when you're working on SEO and need to get a quick overview of the primary keywords used in your content.
