It’s sometimes the case that you would want to go over previous pay runs to keep track of what you have paid to your employees and how much taxes you owe the IRS for a specific pay period.
The Payroll History tab shows all payroll activities for your employees, the list of payrolls you have run so far, including correction payrolls and bonus payrolls sorted by pay date.
- Click a pay run to view its details.
- The next screen shows the summary of net pay, taxes, and benefit contributions for all your employees.
- You can also view the pay stubs of each employee for that pay period.
Note: Payrolls don’t appear under Payroll History until all the employees are paid in a particular pay run.
