Zoho Payments - Wallet Credits Program

The Zoho Payments - Wallet Credits Program ("Program") will enable you to earn Zoho wallet credits ("Credits") on eligible transactions processed through Zoho Payments. These Zoho Payments - Wallet Credit Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your usage of Credits earned under this Program:

• If you have applied for a Zoho Payments account between May 11, 2026 and Aug 31, 2026 and have been successfully onboarded to use Zoho Payments, you will earn Credits at one percent (1%) on the value of Eligible Transactions processed through Zoho Payments. Eligible Transactions shall mean successful card-based transactions processed by you through Zoho Payments, after excluding transactions that are subject to refund, chargebacks and any transaction that Zoho reasonably determines to be in violation of Zoho Payments Terms of Service.
• You are eligible to earn Credits under this Program only in respect of Eligible Transactions processed during a period of six (6) months from the date of sign-up to your Zoho Payments account.
• Credits earned under this Program are subject to a maximum limit of two thousand five hundred Dollars ($2500).
• Credits issued under this Program will be valid only for a period of two (2) years from the date of issue.
• Credits will be calculated on a monthly basis and will reflect in your account during the subsequent month.
• If an Eligible Transaction for which Credits were provided is subsequently determined to be unauthorized, fraudulent or illegal, or becomes subject to chargeback, refunds or other disputes, Zoho reserves the right to deduct the equivalent Credits in respect of such transaction from your account.
• Credits can be used only towards purchase, renewal or upgrade of eligible Zoho services, up to a maximum of seventy-five percent (75%) of the transaction value. Credits cannot be used to purchase add-ons (such as premium or enterprise support plans) or onboarding, training, or other professional services provided by Zoho.
• Credits issued to you under this Program are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
• Zoho is not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with this Program. You are solely responsible for any claims from third parties, including tax authorities, arising from your use of the Credits.
• Zoho may revoke the Credits issued under this Program in the event Zoho reasonably determines that you have violated these Terms, Terms of Service of the applicable Zoho services or Zoho Payments Terms of Service.
• Zoho may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without any prior notice or liability to you.
• Zoho reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time and without any notice. Modifications to the Terms are effective upon publication of such terms.
