How do I configure the payment methods in Zoho Payments?
Zoho Payments lets you accept payments through cards and ACH Direct Debit. Here’s how you can manage these payment methods:
Card payments are enabled by default in Zoho Payments. You can choose which card networks you want to accept payments from, and restrict the ones you don’t need.
To configure card networks:
- Go to Settings and select Payment Methods.
- Click Configure under Cards.
- Select the card networks you want to accept.
- Check the Others option to allow all supported card networks.
- Click Save.
If you’d like to collect payments via ACH Direct Debit, contact support@zohopay.com to get it enabled for your account.
Once ACH Direct Debit is enabled, you can disable or re-enable it anytime:
- Go to Settings and select Payment Methods.
- Click Disable or Enable next to ACH Direct Debit.
The payment method will be updated.
