How can I restrict payments from specific cards?

Sometimes, you may prefer not to accept payments from specific cards due to their high transaction fees, limited regional acceptance, higher chargeback rates, or complicated chargeback processes with lower fraud protection.

To manage such cases, Zoho Payments allows you to restrict payment collection from these cards. To do this:

1. Go to Settings and select Payment Methods.
2. Click Configure next to Cards.
3. Uncheck the cards through which you don’t want to receive payments.
4. Click Save.

Your customers will only be able to pay using the cards that you’ve enabled. If a customer attempts to make a payment with a disabled card, the transaction will fail. If needed, they can contact you to enable payments from that card. You can re-enable this option at any time.
