How do I add my organization’s tax information to a transaction’s PDF?

To display your organization’s tax information in transaction PDFs, you have to add your organization’s tax information in Zoho Books. Here’s how:

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner.
  • Select Profile under Organization.
  • On the Organization Profile page, scroll down and:
    • Click the Tax ID dropdown and select the appropriate Tax Identification Number based on your country.
    • Enter the tax number of your organization in the field next to the Tax ID dropdown.

Now, to display your organization’s tax information in transaction PDFs:

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner.
  • Select General under Preferences.
  • Scroll down to the Organization Address Format section.
  • Click the Insert Placeholders dropdown and select Tax ID and it’s value.
  • Click Save.

Your organization’s tax information will now be displayed in transaction PDFs.
