How do I execute a workflow rule based on two or more conditions?

You can define various conditions based on which the Workflow rule will be executed by adding criteria under Filter the triggers. To add more criteria:

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner.
  • Click Workflow Rules under Automation.
  • Click + New Workflow Rule.
  • Enter the Workflow Rule Name.
  • Select a Module to which you want to associate the workflow rule from the dropdown.
  • Click Next.
  • Select a Workflow Type.
  • Based on the workflow type that you have chosen, additional fields will be displayed. You can select the fields according to your needs.
  • Click Next.
  • Add a criteria based on which the workflow should be triggered from the first, second, and third dropdowns.
  • Click Add Criteria to add additional criteria.
  • Select AND if you want all the conditions to be satisfied, or select OR if you want either of the conditions to be satisfied.
  • Click Next.
  • Select the Immediate Action Type that should be triggered and the Action Name under Actions.
  • Click Save.

Note: You can add a maximum of 10 criteria.
