For some of my customers/vendors, I was not able to see the currency next to the customer/vendor name. Is this a bug?

This is likely due to the fact that the currency associated with these particular customers/vendors is the same as the base currency of your organisation (as configured under organisation profile). If you have a customer whose currency is different to your base currency, it will be displayed next to his/her name.
