TransMail Dashboard

Dashboard section displays an overview of your TransMail account. You can navigate to Dashboard section from the left pane menu in your TransMail account. The following sections will be displayed in the Dashboard:

  • Total Count
  • Available Credits
  • Overall Report
  • Help Guides
  • Pulse Report
  • Verification Pending

Total Count

This section gives a overview of the mails sent from your TransMail account in the last 24 hours. The data items displayed are:

  • Mail Sent - Total number of emails processed.
  • Hard Bounces - Number of emails that did not deliver due to permanent reasons like invalid recipient address.
  • Soft Bounces - Number of emails that did not deliver due to temporary reasons like recipient server being down or recipient's inbox being full.

Available Credits

You need to purchase credits to send transactional emails. A single credit allows you to send 10000 emails. Available Credits displays the count of credits you have left along with the expiry date and an option to buy more credits.

Overall Report

This report helps you to make a visual comparison of your mail sending data for the last 7 days. This section displays the count of below-mentioned events:

  • Mail Sent - Total number of emails processed.
  • Hard Bounces - Number of emails that did not deliver due to permanent reasons like invalid recipient address.
  • Soft Bounces - Number of emails that did not deliver due to temporary reasons like recipient server being down or recipient's inbox being full.
  • Click - These clicks are for the links embedded in your email body.
  • Open - Number of times the recipient opened your emails.

  • Getting Started Guide - In this document, you can learn about setting-up your Mail Agent and how to successfully sent your first test email.
  • SMTP - You can refer to this section if your application is planning to send transactional emails using SMTP.
  • Setup Details - You can download the SDK file; get the SMTP configuration setting and the Send Mail Token for both API and SMTP.

  • API documentation - You can refer to sample API format, success response, failure response, and error codes.

Pulse Report

In this section, you can generate and view comparison reports for each data below separately:

  • Mail Sent - Total number of emails processed.
  • Hard Bounces - Number of emails that did not deliver due to permanent reasons like invalid recipient address.
  • Soft Bounces - Number of emails that did not deliver due to temporary reasons like recipient server being down or recipient's inbox being full.

You can select the date ranges from either of the below:

  • Last hour yesterday vs Last hour today
  • Previous 7 days vs Last 7 days

Unverified Mail Agents

This section displays a list of all Mail Agents without at least one verified domain. Click on any Mail Agent from the list as shown below.

This will take you to the domain verification page in the Mail Agent section where you can complete your domain verification process (SPF, DKIM, and MX record configuration) for that Mail Agent. 

Note:

Before you get started it is important to know that TransMail is for sending transactional emails like welcome emailers, password resets emails, OTPs. We do not support sending of bulk emails or promotional emails like newsletters or marketing campaign emails. If you are looking for a bulk email provider, check out Zoho Campaigns.
