We are back again with our monthly product updates, and we can't wait to share what's in store for our users this month. We've introduced several features and enhancements to some of our essential modules, including the leave management, performance management, and learning management systems. Here's what's new in Zoho People since August 2022:
Decide who can cancel leave requests
Our leave management system enables your organization to tailor leave policies and allows employees to submit leave requests. With one of our latest features, Zoho People admins can now define who can cancel leave requests. If given permission, employees, their reporting managers, and leave approvers can then cancel those requests. Admins can also make it mandatory for users who cancel the leave request to mention the reason for cancellation. Learn more about leave cancellation settings.
Enhancements in the performance management system
The performance management system in Zoho People enables organizations to evaluate employee performance accurately, offer feedback, determine salary increases, and a lot more. Last month, we introduced a handful of useful features and enhancements to this module. With one of our recent enhancements, you can notify the performance reviewer when the review period starts so that they don't miss their reviews. They can also be reminded about their pending reviews. In another enhancement, the recently-introduced Employees with No Goals report can be exported and is now available for both admins and managers.
Enhancements in the learning management system
Zoho People's learning management system enables organizations to refine their employee's skills throughout their entire lifecycle with the organization. Using one of our recent enhancements, course administrators can now send emails directly to the learners from Zoho People itself. They can use this option to provide personalized feedback, address doubts that learners may have, or even discuss course materials. We've also added another enhancement that notifies course admins automatically whenever a learner adds an assignment.
