Added an "Invite technician" option for mobile users
EnhancementTechnicians who have initiated a remote assistance session from the Lens mobile app can now invite other technicians or guest technicians to their session using the Invite technician option on their console. This option has been enabled on the Android app.
Added an "End session" option in the Session tab
EnhancementAdmins and technicians can end idle sessions directly from the Session tab in their organization portal without having to search through multiple tabs in their browser.
Enabled files download for multi-org users
EnhancementAdmins who have multiple organization portals on one account can seamlessly download recordings, notes, chats, or snapshots of any session from the portal of their choice.
Added organization name to invitation mail
Issue-FixWhen sending organization invite mails to new admins or technicians, an admin will now be able to add the organization name at the end of their invite.

Enable "Freeze" option for all technicians
EnhancementWith this enhancement, technicians in a collaborative session can have more control over freezing the camera stream. Any technician joining the session from the browser can concurrently freeze or unfreeze the camera stream, even if the initial freeze was done by another technician.

Assist/ Live Camera Assistance integration:
IntegrationsWe've integrated Zoho Lens with Zoho Assist in the form of Live Camera Assistance. Live Camera Assistance offers guidance to a person on the ground by viewing their live camera stream from their smartphone or smart glass. It uses AR to provide remote assistance sessions.
