Improved snapshot freeze speedEnhancement
Enhancements that help to reduce latency when capturing and freezing screenshots during a live lens session to reduce the latency to less than 5 seconds. Users can now freeze a snapshot during a session and share it with everyone in the session.
Delete Snapshot from viewerEnhancement
Customers can also delete a snapshot taken by accident during a session. These screenshots will not be saved in the files as well.
We have reduced session latency, enhanced the communication stack, and quashed a few bugs in annotations, snapshots and SDK.

The Zoom function is now available for end users, including those on the Zoho Lens Android application. Customers can zoom in on objects during their remote Lens sessions to communicate more effectively with their technicians.
Apart from this, we have rolled out server updates to streamline the communication flow and improve efficiency during remote sessions.
We have integrated Zoho Lens with Zoho CRM. With this integration, you can initiate immediate remote assistance sessions from the Contacts or Leads modules in Zoho CRM.
New users who signed up for Assist could access Lens by default but it was not the case for existing users. With this new enhancement, the Assist-Lens integration has been enabled for existing users and they can start augmented reality sessions right from their organization portal.
Our major update this month is the API integration, which allows you to use the remote assistance capabilities of Zoho Lens in your applications and websites.
Assist/ Live Camera Assistance integration:Integrations
We've integrated Zoho Lens with Zoho Assist in the form of Live Camera Assistance. Live Camera Assistance offers guidance to a person on the ground by viewing their live camera stream from their smartphone or smart glass. It uses AR to provide remote assistance sessions.
We've got rid of few bugs to ease your rebranding process and improved the user interface of our custom domain access page.
We've also released updates to increase the HD resolution from 720p to 1080p on Android, and enhanced session tools.
