Can I change the bank account to which I receive payouts?
Yes, you can update the bank account to which you receive payouts. Reach out to our support team to enable this option. Once enabled, you can update the details by following the steps below.
- Go to Settings > Payout Preferences.
- Scroll down to the Bank Account section and click Edit near your bank account details.
- Enter the updated details and click Update.
The bank account details will be updated and future payouts from Zoho Payments will be deposited to the given account after bank account verification.
