How do I issue partial refunds in Zoho Payments?
If your customer cancels part of an order, gets a post-payment discount, is overcharged, returns some items, or requests a refund for an incomplete service, you can issue a partial refund from Zoho Payments.
To issue a partial refund:
- Go to the Payments module.
- Select a transaction and click Refund in the top right corner.
- Enter the refund amount and provide a reason.
- Click Proceed, and on the next page, click Initiate Refund.
The refunded amount will be processed back to the customer’s original payment method. After the refund is initiated, you can issue further refunds if required. Learn more about refunding payments.
