Who is responsible for issuing GST invoices for the convenience fee?

You, as the merchant, are responsible for issuing the GST invoice for the convenience fee collected from customers. Since the convenience fee is collected as part of the transaction on your behalf, it should be included in your invoice to the customer along with any applicable taxes. Zoho Payments does not issue tax invoices to customers for the convenience fee.
