How can I restrict payments from specific payment methods?
Sometimes, you may prefer not to accept payments from specific methods due to their high transaction fees, higher chargeback rates, or complicated chargeback processes with lower fraud protection.
To manage such cases, Zoho Payments allows you to restrict payment collection from these methods. To do this:
- Go to Settings and select Payment Methods.
- Click Disable next to the payment method that you want to restrict.
- In the pop-up, click Disable to confirm.
- Verify your identity and click Save Changes.
Your customers will only be able to pay using the payment methods that you’ve enabled. If needed, they can contact you to enable the payment method. You can re-enable this option at any time by clicking Enable next to the payment method. Learn more about the payment methods supported by Zoho Payments.
