What addresses should I provide while setting up Zoho Payments?
Zoho Payments collects certain addresses to verify your business and meet compliance requirements.
When entering addresses:
- Always enter the complete address.
- All addresses must be located within India.
- International and mailing addresses are not accepted.
Note: If your owner’s or representative’s residential address is outside India, contact support for guidance.
You may need to provide the following addresses depending on your business type:
1. Registered Business Address:
Enter the official address where your business is registered. This should match the address provided in your business registration documents.
2. Business Representative’s Address:
The business representative must provide their residential address as mentioned in their government-issued ID.
3. Business Owner’s Address:
Enter your business owner’s residential address as shown in their official identification documents.
